Yesterday, Capcom made it official: Dudley’s back in Super Street Fighter IV.

Along with Ibuki, Makoto, and the earlier character announcements – Adon, Cody, Dee Jay, Guy, Juri, T. Hawk – that makes for a total of nine new World Warriors. Well, ten if you include Hakan, who hasn’t been confirmed yet, but everyone knows he exists already anyway. Add to that the fact that SFIV had 25 characters already (and all of them usable in one way or another – even Dan), this is shaping up to be a real battle royale.

I’ll say it now so it’s clear: while I enjoyed maining Balrog in SFIV, I will main Dudley in SSFIV, no matter how difficult he will be to use.

Game is slated to come out April 27, 2010.

Nope, I’m not excited at all.
